Zero tolerance

We prohibit bribery and corruption in any form, including kickbacks and improper advantages, whether direct or indirect.

Gifts and hospitality

Gifts, hospitality, or expenses must be reasonable, transparent, properly recorded, and compliant with applicable laws and counterparties’ policies. Anything intended to influence decisions is prohibited.

Third parties

This applies to agents, intermediaries, consultants, and other third parties acting on our behalf. We may conduct checks and require written commitments.

Facilitation payments

Facilitation payments are not permitted, regardless of local practice. We do not make unofficial payments to expedite routine actions (e.g., customs, inspections, paperwork).

Reporting

Concerns can be reported to compliance@diwance.com. Reports will be reviewed and handled confidentially where possible, in line with applicable law and internal procedures.

무관용 원칙

당사는 직·간접을 불문하고 뇌물, 리베이트, 부당한 이익 제공 등 부패 행위를 금지합니다.

접대/선물

접대·선물·경비는 합리적·투명하며 내부 기록 가능한 범위에서 제공되어야 하고, 관련 법령 및 거래 상대방 정책을 준수해야 합니다. 의사결정에 영향을 주기 위한 제공은 금지됩니다.

제3자 적용

대리인, 중개인, 컨설턴트 등 당사를 대리하는 제3자에게도 본 정책이 적용됩니다. 필요 시 확인 절차 및 준수 서약을 요구할 수 있습니다.

촉진금

현지 관행 여부와 무관하게 촉진금(업무 신속 처리 목적의 비공식 지급)은 허용되지 않습니다. 당사는 통관·검사·서류 처리 등을 빠르게 하기 위한 비공식 지급을 하지 않습니다.

우려 사항은 compliance@diwance.com으로 신고할 수 있습니다. 신고는 관련 법령 및 내부 절차에 따라 가능한 범위에서 비공개로 검토·처리됩니다.
