Restricted parties, destinations, end‑uses

We do not support transactions involving sanctioned or prohibited parties, destinations, or end‑uses. We may request end‑use/end‑user/destination information and supporting documentation.

Screening and verification

We may screen counterparties and transaction details using available sources and may request additional information to resolve compliance concerns.

Right to refuse or suspend

We may refuse, suspend, or terminate engagement if sanctions/export control risks are identified or cannot be reasonably cleared.

가용한 정보원을 통해 상대방 및 거래 정보를 확인할 수 있으며, 컴플라이언스 우려 해소를 위해 추가 자료를 요청할 수 있습니다.

거절/보류/중단 권리

제재/수출통제 리스크가 확인되거나 합리적으로 해소되지 않는 경우 거래를 거절·보류·중단할 수 있습니다.
